Dear Friends and Customers,
alla vita will be closed for business at the current location as of 4 p.m. on Friday, October 28th. Although it is difficult to leave the beautiful space that my staff and I have occupied for the past 8 years, it does not mean the end of alla vita foods and products.
In early November, I’ll be relocating to the North Branch Café at 41 State St., just a couple of doors away, to prepare the soups, salads, and eventually panini that you have enjoyed at alla vita. In January, the café will take over the space currently occupied by North Branch Tech Services. This will become a retail space for North Branch tea and tea ware along with alla vita olive oils, balsamic vinegars and wines. It will also be a takeout space for to-go food orders, allowing for more seating in the café area.
The North Branch is a cozy space that has welcomed customers for 10 years. I am very happy to join owner and friend Lauren Parker and her team. Keep watch for further announcements coming soon via email and on the alla vita and North Branch websites.
Thank you so much for your support over the last month and the past 8 years.
The mission of alla vita is to provide customers with the freshest, highest quality extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars from around the globe, to educate consumers about the superior nutritional value of these products and how to use them, and to highlight these oils and vinegars in our healthy and delicious prepared foods.
Our motto is “where life tastes better”
Owner Adrienne Brownlee invites you to stop in and have fun tasting our products.
alla vita employs a unique "try before you buy" concept where customers are encouraged to sample our products before making a purchase. We can help you get the most out of your olive oil and balsamic vinegar at home by providing recipes and suggested oil and vinegar pairings. To ensure the freshness of our product, we bottle oils and vinegars daily in our shop.
