alla vita employs a unique "try before you buy" concept where customers are encouraged to sample our products before making a purchase. We can help you get the most out of your olive oil and balsamic vinegar at home by providing recipes and suggested oil and vinegar pairings. To ensure the freshness of our product, we bottle oils and vinegars daily in our shop at 27 State Street in Montpelier, Vermont.
Our exquisite line of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar provides inspiration for the freshly made foods prepared daily at alla vita.
Made-to-order chopped salads, panini and a soup of the day are offered Monday thru Friday for lunch on the go, and our delicious pastas, sauces, pestos, hummuses, salsas, marinades, and bruschetta toppings are packaged and ready to take home and enjoy for dinner and social gatherings. And don’t forget the wine! alla vita carries a selection of unique wines to complement your culinary creations and ours.
